The Fritz Hansen Drop™ chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1958 as part of his seminal masterpiece, the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Copenhagen.

The Drop was originally produced alongside the Swan™ and the Egg™ but in a very limited number, exclusively for the hotel. After more than 50 years in hibernation, the Drop is back and better than ever. A compact chair with big personality, use it around the dining table, in front of the dressing table or as an occasional chair. The specific design of the shape allows a warm embrace with freedom of movement, resulting in a surprising level of comfort. Available in an extensive range of classic and contemporary colour-ways, there is an option to suit any styled interior.
