The DK3 BM2 Armchair, designed in 1958 by Danish furniture architect, Borge Mogensen, is crafted at one of the oldest carpentries in Denmark dated back to 1837.

Mogensen was always fascinated by the natural characteristics of trees, often creating beautiful solid-wood designs inspired by the distinctive Shaker style; putting high-quality materials, simple structures and quality craftsmanship at the forefront. The BM2 Dining Armchair is a beautiful embodiment of this design ethos, available in a range of solid wood finishes, with a tactile hand-woven paper cord seat, the chair supports the user in a comfortable embrace, perfect for when dining with friends and family. A beautifully crafted piece, the timeless, sophisticated design can seamlessly integrate into interior styles both classic and contemporary. Also available without armrest.
