Designed in 1940 by Finn Juhl, the Pelican Chair's iconic design takes inspiration from modern 'free art'.

A design completely ahead of its time, the Pelican Chair's eye-catching, inviting form stood out when it was presented at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Exhibition in 1940. Defined by a striking, sculptural shape, the low lounge chair creates a sheltered, cosy seating experience, ideal for placing in a living room space. The chair is exceptionally comfortable due to its fluid, organic shape, having been expertly crafted using traditional techniques.

Materials & finishes
Pelican is made to the finest manufacturing standards with hand-sewn upholstery. Available in Kvadrat Remix fabric: Dark Grey 183, Light Red 653, Dark Red 662, Light Green 923. The legs are solid walnut.
