Utilising the Eames' technique of shaping plywood, Sori Yanagi created the beautiful Vitra Butterfly Stool, blending Eastern shapes with Western design.

The gently curved silhouette of the Butterfly Stool is reminiscent of the wings of a butterfly, hence its name. It is available in Santos Palisander or Maple wood, able to blend in or stand out depending on your chosen space for the Stool.
